The length of the hoof is the deciding aspect of the sizing. The length and width of the hoof boots are the same. The width of the hoof may exceed the measured length by one size. If the width exceeds the length by more than one size, the F.R.A. Cavallo hoof boots are unfortunately not suited for your horse.

F.R.A. is a registered trademark of wholesaler Wilde Äcker, which has been established in Germany since the 1960s. F.R.A. markets articles aimed at equipping the rider and horse. F.R.A. products are designed with freedom in mind. The aim of F.R.A. is to handle horses as naturally as possible. That is why the abbreviation F.R.A. also stands for Freedom Riding Articles. Bitless riding and the F.R.A. rope halter
More and more people decide to start riding their horse bitless, therefore there is a wide range of different types of bitless bridles. If you prefer to use a bit while riding, you can choose the horse friendly, leather bit of F.R.A. When the leather gets soft, it adapts to the horse's mouth, which makes these bits friendly to use. If you are looking for a popular rope halter, F.R.A. is also the right place for you. F.R.A. offers you a choice of various beautiful rope halters. You can use a rope halter for example during ground work, trick training or while riding. Do not use a rope halter for tethering or when your horse is in the meadow, stable or paddock. When the horse panics, a normal halter breaks loose for safety, a rope halter does not and is therefore not suitable for this purpose.
