Do I need an exercise sheet?

They are great to use when warming up for training or competition to help engage the muscles in the back and hindquarters. When you think your horse is warm enough, remove the sheet so it will prevent your horse from sweating. When you start cooling down you can put the sheet back on to prevent your horse from cooling off too quickly.
