Unfortunately, all of the services listed here are only available in our Epplejeck stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, and not available online. But we still wanted to let you know that Epplejeck is more than just a web shop, even though we can’t offer you our full services just yet.

Leather repair service
Besides selling leather products like bridles or saddles, we also have a leather repair service for all our stores. Whether it’s a saddle that needs filling, a girth strap to be changed or a saddle tree that needs to be adjusted in size, our saddlers can do it all. Just drop your item that needs repairing off at one of our stores to have it fixed. 

Clipper sharpening service
Dull clippers? Usually, clippers should be sharpened after being used 3-5 times. Once your blades have gone dull, simply bring them to the closest store and have them not only looking but also feeling sharp again. For a small price of 10.00€, you’re all set to turn your teddy bear into an elegant sport horse again. 

Rug washing service
We’ve all seen what rugs look like after a very muddy winter, or how much hair saddle pads collect over time. While saddle pads may still be easy to keep somewhat clean, rugs are of course a very different story. But that’s why we have our own washing service. Whatever rugs, pads or various other smaller items like bandages you bring in, we will happily wash them all for you. If needed, they can also be repaired and water-proofed. Drop them off in store and pick them up a week or two afterwards again, looking fresh and clean.

Bit test center
Finding the right bit can be a tricky task. Nobody wants to buy tons of bits and feel like the money is wasted when the right bit is still far from being found. Before you start thinking that the perfect bit is a mystical creature, make use of our solution to the bit problem: the bit test center. Any bit of any brand can be tested for 14 days if you tell the cashier at checkout that you would like to use the bit test center. If it’s still not the one, simply bring it back to the store after those 2 weeks of testing and receive 85% of the price you paid back.
