Ordering online at Epplejeck is easy and can be done 24/7. Here below you can find out how to place an order with us in just 4 steps.


Step 1: Select items and add to cart

Our ordering process is easy. Choose your colour and size and add these item(s) to your shopping cart. Have you found everything you want? (Unfortunately every bank account has a limit...) Then go to your shopping cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website
and check if the sizes and numbers are correct. Either choose 'continue shopping' if you want to add more, or 'Continue to payment' if you wish to proceed to checkout.

 

Step 2: Fill in address and details

At the checkout, you can enter your personal details. If you already have an account, login and your address details will appear. Do check if these details are still correct and be sure to choose the correct country! If you don't have an account yet, make sure to register first. If you would rather not register you can choose to 'only enter the required details.'

 

Step 3: Choose a shipping option

Choose where you want your order to be delivered: either at home or work or by at one of the Epplejeck stores so you can pick it up yourself.

 

Step 4: Check & Pay

Choose your payment option from the list (including Klarna in some countries) and proceed to a safe and secure payment environment. Check that if your details and ordered items are filled in correctly. Check, check, double-check? Go to secure payment and you will be redirected to a secure page of Ogone. There the payment will be processed further.  

Please note: If you choose to pay via 'Bank transfer'/'Bank Überweisung', then your order will only enter our system after we have received your payment. There may be several days between the transfer of the amount and the receipt by us of the amount you have transferred. The items you have ordered are not reserved for you until we have received your payment. In the meantime, ordered items may be sold out. Ready?!

Finally, we'll ask you if you agree with the terms and agreement. After confirming the payment you are done and of course You will receive a confirmation by email. We will process your order and send it to you as soon as possible. Easy peasy, right?


What happens with my order after I paid?


Payment

Once you paid with the method of your choice, the transaction is being registered in our system.




Order confirmation

When our system receives your payment, it will automatically send an order confirmation to you by e-mail.
At the same time, if you have an account with us, you will now also be able to see your order in the account history.




Warehouse

Your order is now visible in our warehouse software and the items can now be collected/picked up by our warehouse staff.
They take all of your ordered items and get your entire order ready for packing.
We also strive to have orders ready to be shipped as soon as possible (normally within a few days).




Post

Your order is ready to be packed. As soon as your postage label is printed, your package will be registered with the postal service.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
This email includes an international tracking code so you can check your order every step of the way, from our warehouse to your door!




Shipping abroad

Everything is packed and waiting to be collected by the Dutch postal service.
It will be collected and sorted by the Dutch postal service, then put on a plane to start its journey overseas to your country!
Your tracking code will also tell you when your package has arrived in your own country, and what happens with it for the rest of its journey.




Arriving at your door

And just like that, your order is arriving at your doorstep!
You should receive an e-mail beforehand from your local courier, specifying when the package will arrive or if you would like to opt for a different delivery place or day.
This however varies per country and courier, so we can’t guarantee that this will always be exactly the case for you, too.
