A downside of ordering online is waiting for your package to arrive! We understand completely. That is why we do our utmost best to have your package delivered as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the country we are sending your order to. Delivery time to European countries usually happens within 7-14 days. We strive to deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France within 1-3 business days. Delivery time to the United Kingdom can take 3-5 days. Non-European deliveries may take up to 21 days. You can always track your international parcel using the track and trace code which we send you as soon as we ship the parcel.
We like to keep in touch. So, should there be any delay in processing and/or sending your order, we will contact you about this. This is the same for any other issues that might arise; for example when an item you ordered is out of stock. All mentioned stock availabilities are an indication and no rights can be derived from stock indications.

Arriving at your door
And just like that, your order is arriving at your doorstep!
You should receive an e-mail beforehand from your local courier, specifying when the package will arrive or if you would like to opt for a different delivery place or day.
This however varies per country and courier, so we can’t guarantee that this will always be exactly the case for you, too.
