Returns and exchange of orders
Returning an order or item is no problem. If the item just doesn't fit right or the colour is not what you expected you can return the item at one of our stores, or send it to our headquarters in Drachten, The Netherlands.
Returning an order
- Standard 30 days to return the item(s) - Christmas return policy extended to 60 days, valid on orders placed after November 1st!
- We accept "Because I can" as a reason for return.
- Exchanging an item? Online orders cannot be exchanged for another item. You''ll have to place a new order.
- We'll refund the order amount within 5 working days of receiving the return.
- Shipping costs are for the sender. Returns can also be handed it at one of our stores free of charge.
- Did you receive a damaged item or the wrong item? We will never let you take the blame for this: contact our customer service.

- The items must be returned undamaged, unused and clean (without hair, dirt and/or manure). When we receive an item that is dirty, we may charge a cleaning fee or we will not take the item back.
- Information labels and / or tags must still be attached to the item.
- Return the unwanted items, if possible, in the original packaging.
- Does you return contain more than one item, it’s best to put together in one box or bag.
- The return must be accompanied by a fully completed return form.
Returns of wrong received items
Did you receive an item that you didn't order? Always contact our customer service first via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know what you've received, what you should have received, a clear photo of the item you received and your order number. The cost of returning the wrong item will be borne by us. You will receive a return label from us.
Exchange an online order
Would you like to exchange the item for a different colour or size or a completely different item? Send the unwanted items back to Epplejeck via the return procedure.
To receive your desired size, colour or brand new item, you have to place an new order.
Returning or exchanging an item you've won
Are you the lucky winner of one of our many giveways? Congratulations, that's awesome! There's only one 'but'... When you're asked to give your size, it's important to mention the right size. The item you have won is in most cases offered by a supplier of Epplejeck. The prize will be sent directly by the supplier to the address provided by you. As a result, exchange is not possible. Are you unsure about the right size? Just contact our customers service to gain more information about the product! They will be happy to help you!
