When horses sweat, they can lose a lot of Electrolytes and minerals necessary for proper functioning of their bodies. Since a horse's sweat is hypertonic, depletion of Electrolytes and water is the biggest cause of fatigue in endurance events. Electrolyte depletion can cause the horse to exhibit decreased fitness and performance. Restoring the natural balance of minerals, Electrolytes and vitamins takes time; and if there is a significant deficiency of Electrolytes due to heavy sweating, this loss must be compensated. The use of Cavalor Electrolyte Balance after a loss of Electrolytes and minerals due to sweating (due to heat, transport, exertion), will help the horse stay fit longer, recover faster, and more easily endure longer periods of intense training, competition and transport.
Use:
45 grams mixed in the feed or dissolved in the drinking water, per horse per day. Recommended use: immediately after a period of sweating. Always provide the horse with unrestricted access to fresh drinking water.
Maximum dose: 100 g/ 3.5 oz per horse per day

Tip: Give your horse 45 g Cavalor Electrolyte Balance and 500 g extruded cereals with 100 g dextrose within 30 minutes after heavy exertion. This allows the horse to recover optimally to get back to the start line fit the next day.

Step 3: Choose shipping option
Choose where you want your order to be delivered: either at home or work or by at one of the Epplejeck stores so you can pick it up yourself.
Step 4: Check & Pay
Choose your payment option from the list and proceed to a safe and secure payment environment. Check that if your details and ordered items are filled in correctly. Check, check, double check? Go to secure payment and you will be redirected to a secure page of Ogone. There the payment will be processed further.
