In a comment on your social media post, we asked for permission to share your content – thank you for your interest!
By responding to this comment with #yesej, you give Epplejeck permission to use your photo(s) or video(s) on our marketing and communication channels, including:
- Our Facebook and Instagram channels
- On our website, as outfit inspiration
- The social media accounts of our private labels: QUUR, HORSEGEAR, and La Valencio
- Our website, newsletters, print materials, and other online and offline marketing efforts
By agreeing, you confirm the following:
- Rights and Permission: You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the content and/or have obtained permission from all involved parties (such as people featured or the original photographer) to share and allow us to use the content. The content must not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- License to Use:
You give Epplejeck permission to use your content for free. They can use it anywhere in the world and also let others use it. This includes using your content for promotion, marketing, and communication. For example, they might use it on social media, websites, emails, printed materials, and ads.
- Disclaimer and No claim to compensation:
You agree that you won’t ask for payment for the use of your content. You also agree that Epplejeck and its related brands are not responsible for any problems or claims that might come from using your content.

If possible, we will tag or credit you and/or the photographer when sharing your content on social media. For other marketing materials, we reserve the right not to provide credits. We also reserve the right to edit your content, such as cropping or adding a logo.
