PURCHASE AGREEMENT EPPLEJECK
With this purchase agreement, companies and associations receive a sepcial products on products at Epplejeck. With this, Epplejeck wants to accomodate its large-scale customers within the equestrian industry. The discount percentages, on various article groups and brands, with which special discounted goods can be bought at Epplejeck, can be found in this purchase agreement.

Buyer
Agree on the following:
1. Buyer is allowed to purchase goods with the below-listed discount percentages through their customer account in our webshop epplejeck.com.
2. Epplejeck is offering an exclusive discount on the following brands:*:
a) Epplejeck, Barato, QUUR, Horsegear, La Valencio, Boeffies, Active Rider, N-Brands x Epplejeck, Paardenpraat TV, Roan, Horsefitshop, Skøl and Freehorse: 20%
b) On all other brands*: 15%
c) Feed supplements from the brand Epplejeck:15%
d) Feed and feed supplements from all other brands: 5%
e) Excluded from the purchasing agreement are: discounted items, new collection, online only- best- and fixed price items, saddles, bareback pads, clippers, books, DVDs, gift certificates, repairs, embroidery, rentals, trailers, special orders.
*excluding Ariat, Birth Alarm, Bucas, Dy’on, Equestrian Stockholm, Hit-Air, KEP Italia, Kentucky, Pénélope, Pivo, Whis, Worm & Co
3. As special orders, we understand products that Supplier does not have in their assortment by default or products that are specially being made to size. On the products, NO purchasing discount is applied.
4. Next to the purchase discount, the Buyer may also make use of all other offers and deals that the Supplier is having. The discount percentages stated above will become invalid in this case and be replaced by the current offer. The discount percentages for this agreement are not valid in combination with other offers, promotions or discount codes.
5. For in-store purchases, the Epplejeck VIP-points on the customer card are never collected when a product is discounted in any way. Products, on which the discounts of this purchase agreement is applied, are therefore excluded from the VIP-point system.
6. Buyer can, possibly daily, purchase good from Epplejeck. All rights are reserved in regards to availability and it may happen that the wanted product cannot be provided by Supplier.
7. The shipping costs calculated for the order of Buyer are the standard shipping costs listed on the website. If the weight or measurements exceed the standard, you will be notified by us.

8. Buyer immediately pays every purchase online. For every order, the agreed discount percentages will automatically be calculated into the order. It is not possible to pay by invoice.
9. For exchange, returns, warranty and complaints, our general terms and conditions apply.
10. If there will be changes in the future, which have consequences on this purchase agreement, the supplier is at all times allowed to one-sidedly change or terminate this purchase agreement.
