Step 1: Select items and add to cart
Our ordering process is easy. Add items to your shopping bag. Remember to choose the correct size, colour and amounts you would like to order. When you're done adding items to your shopping bag (unfortunately every bank account has a limit) you can go to the shopping bag icon in the upper right hand corner of our website. You'll find all the items you added to your shopping bag right there. Either choose 'continue shopping' if you want to add more, or 'Continue to payment' if you wish to proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Fill in address and details
Login to your account and your address details will appear. Do check if they are still correct and be sure to choose the correct country! If you don't have an account yet, make sure to register first. If you would rather not register you can choose to 'only enter the required details.'
Step 3: Choose shipping option
Choose where you want your order to be delivered: either at home or work or by at one of the Epplejeck stores so you can pick it up yourself.
Step 4: Check & Pay
Choose your payment option from the list and proceed to a safe and secure payment environment. Check that if your details and ordered items are filled in correctly. Check, check, double check? Go to secure payment and you will be redirected to a secure page of Ogone. There the payment will be processed further.

The size of the rug is determined based on the top length (Size A) or the bottom length (Size B), measured in centimeters. The number of centimeters indicates the correct rug size. The top length is measured from the withers to the base of the tail, and the bottom length is measured from the chest to the hindquarters of the horse. On the website, the size is shown as bottom/top length in CM (e.g., 140/185 CM). The exact number of centimeters may vary slightly from the table below for each rug.
