Received a damaged or incomplete item?

- In your email, please describe the issue or what is missing and include the following:
A photo of the damage
A full photo of the item
A photo of the item’s label
Your order number
Items must be returned complete, unused (trying on is allowed), and clean (free from hair, dirt, and/or manure).
If we receive a returned item in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee may be charged between €15.00 and €50.00. Fees will be calculated based on the value of the item and its condition. In some cases, we may need to return the item to you.
