1. Pretty obvious but no less fun; swimming with your horse!
On a hot summer day it's not only nice for you to go swimming, but it can also be very refreshing for your horse. Go and find a nice lake or beach where you can swim with your horse and have lots of fun in the water!
2. Organise a spa and grooming day
This is a great thing to do on a warm summer evening. Get all your grooming gear out of the closet and give your horse the ultimate spa treatment! After grooming, you can wash your horse and thoroughly brush the mane and tail. This way you can show off your horse again and your horse will love the time and attention.
3. Take a sunset ride
Get all your horse friends together and go for a ride at sunset. Don't have a horse available? There are many riding schools that organise full moon rides!
4. Say cheese! A photo shoot with your horse
Do you need a new profile picture for social media or do you want a nice picture of you and your horse above your bed? Why not organise a photo shoot with your horse. You can do this during the day, but during Golden Hour you will get the best results with the most beautiful light!
5. Take a walk in the woods with your horse
Has the dog been walked and do you not feel like exploring the surroundings on your own? Then get your horse out of the meadow and take him for a walk. Wonderfully relaxing for both of you!
6. Make a summer snack for your horse

8. Just being together
Do you want to relax a bit and take it easy? Then visit your horse and simply do nothing. It is fun and instructive to just observe your horse and not have to do anything.
