First of all, what are overpants? Overpants or overtrousers are a known phenomenon for motorcyclists and they are becoming more popular in the equine industry as well. Overpants are basically pants, or, when talking about the equine world, riding breeches, which can be worn over regular breeches or pants and are waterproof or water repellent at the least. They are slightly wider so they fit comfortable over your regular wear. Overpants are made to easily slip on and off without having to take off your riding boots.

While most overpants are full length, the
Pfiff riding overpants are knee length. The design is completely aimed at equestrians and is short so that they fit nicely with riding boots, as these are of course supposed to fit around your calves perfectly and the relatively bulky overpants might hinder a comfortably fitting boot. The overpants can be worn over your regular riding breeches or simply with your regular, comfortable skinny jeans and have a full silicone seat to offer ultimate grip in the saddle. Like most other riding breeches the Pfiff riding overpants are machine washable at 30 degrees.
Easy to put on
The Pfiff overpants are super easy to put on as they have zippers all the way down the legs on both sides. So you don’t have to take off any clothing before putting them on. Simply bring them to the stables and put them on just before you mount your equine friend. Zip them up and fasten them with the elastic cuffs which feature a practical snap fastener. Just as easy as you put them on you can slip out of them as soon as you dismount.
Warm and comfortable
As said above, these overpants are designed for equestrians. They are padded and made from comfortable softshell fabric which is water and wind repellent; cold, red glowing legs are ancient history. If you are even more allergic to the cold you could add an extra layer of warmth under the overpants and wear
thermal leggings instead of skinny jeans or breeches under them. The unique horizontal stitching on the front allows for a comfortable fit.
