Policy for returning your order 

  • The items must be returned undamaged, unused and clean (without hair, dirt and/or manure). When we receive an item that is dirty, we may charge a cleaning fee or we will not take the item back.
  • Information labels and / or tags must still be attached to the item.
  • Return the unwanted items, if possible, in the original packaging. Does you return contain more than one item, it’s best to put together in one box or bag.
  • The return must be accompanied by a fully completed return form.
