If you make a purchase at one of our stores, the transaction details are registered. This is to manage your payment. This transaction data is kept for 7 years due to tax regulations.

When making a purchase at a store, you can use your loyalty card. The transaction details are linked to your Epplejeck account by scanning your membership card. For more information about the loyalty card, see  ‘VIP-card Epplejeck’ on the Dutch website. As we only have stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, this information is only available in Dutch.

We also use the transaction data to get a good picture of our customers. With this information we can make improvements to our stores and range of products.
