Using our services

At Epplejeck you can use various services. You can have your rugs washed, hire a birth detector and use our repair service. In order to perform these services properly, we ask for your personal details.
When you send in a rug to be washed, we will ask you for your name and phone number so that we know which rug belongs to you and we can contact you if necessary about the rug. Your name will be passed on to our rug washing service so that they can attach a label to your rug. This way you get the right rug back after washing.
VTo rent a birth detector, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. We need this information in order to be able to set up the birth detector specifically for you and to send it to the correct address. We share your name and address with PostNL in order to have the birth detector delivered to the correct address.
When you use our repair service, we ask you to share your name, address and phone number with us. This information will be attached to the article you are bringing to us for repair, so we can contact you when your repair is finished.

We keep the transaction data of these services for a minimum of 7 years, because we are obliged to do so for tax purposes. Your data will be kept for six months after the completion of these services, in case you have a complaint about one of these services. This will allow us to see the date on which the service was executed.

If you have a VIP card or online account from Epplejeck, your personal data will be saved until you cancel your VIP card or online account.
