The submission of a request is not a guarantee for sponsorship. We receive many sponsorship requests, so we carefully review all requests before proceeding with sponsorship. We try very hard to accommodate all requests and provide feedback to everyone. If you have not received a response from us four weeks before the event, you can assume that the request has been rejected.

Please note: We will only consider sponsorship requests that are submitted at least eight weeks before the start of the event and requests for which the form has been completed in full. After successful submission of the request, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
