Accidental Excess Mails from Epplejeck

In the past few days, several customers have received emails about coupons in our loyalty system. These emails were sent due to a technical error in our mailing program. We apologize for the inconvenience. We would like to explain how this error occurred.



We find it important to remind our customers in a timely manner to redeem their points and/or pick up their free product in-store. Therefore, we have set up automatic reminder emails in our mailing system.

Due to a system error in our mailing program, these emails (a total of 15) were unintentionally sent to several customers. As a result, it’s possible you received up to 15 emails, even if you didn’t have any coupons or didn’t have an account.

If you received one or more emails and have active coupons, these remain valid. You can log in to your account to view your active coupons. If you don’t see any active coupons, you didn’t have any. In any case, you can disregard the emails sent on March 11th and 12th.

We have now identified the cause of the problem, but unfortunately, we cannot retract the emails that have already been sent. We understand this is inconvenient and sincerely apologize for the trouble.

Additionally, some customers who had unsubscribed from the newsletter may have still received an email about the loyalty program. We apologize for this. This was caused by email addresses and messages being sent in bulk to the mailing program, where unsubscriptions were only processed halfway through the automated sending process. In the future, you will no longer receive emails from us.
